1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 11fb platform ("11fb", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("member", "you"). This document is a legally binding agreement. By using the 11fb website, mobile platform or any related services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written for users in Bangladesh. By using the 11fb platform, you confirm that you agree to these Terms and are willing to be bound by this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address or device. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be treated as bonus fraud.

3.4 KYC Verification

11fb reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. This may include requesting a national identity card, passport or other government-issued documents. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the 11fb platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others)

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, 11fb reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

4.3 Source of Funds

11fb is committed to preventing money laundering. If a suspicious transaction is identified, we may suspend the withdrawal and investigate the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each member may claim each promotion only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the bonus will be cancelled if the wagering requirement is not met.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are also subject to the wagering requirement.
• If bonuses are misused through multiple accounts, both accounts will be permanently closed.
• 11fb reserves the right to change or cancel bonus terms at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

The 11fb VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Members advance to higher tiers based on regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits: up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.6% for Silver, up to 0.9% for Gold and up to 1.2% weekly cashback for Platinum.

6. Gaming Rules

All games available on the 11fb platform — casino games, sports betting and live games — are governed by their own rules. The outcome of all games is determined by an approved random number generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed within the game. These limits may increase according to VIP tier.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game round is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, a decision will be made based on the data stored on the 11fb server. 11fb is not liable for any loss caused by a technical error.

6.3 Software Errors

If an incorrect amount is deposited or withdrawn due to a software error, 11fb reserves the right to correct that error. Any funds received in excess due to an error must be returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Misusing bonuses or claiming bonuses in a fraudulent manner
• Creating multiple accounts
• Depositing or withdrawing using another person's payment method
• Using stolen funds or cards
• Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities
• Using automated bots or scripts
• Attempting to hack any part of the platform
• Colluding or conspiring with other members during play
• Operating an account using a false identity or false information

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 11fb

11fb may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms
• Failure to pass identity verification or providing false information
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious financial transactions
• In accordance with a court or government order
• Evidence of bonus fraud

8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact us via 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. Any balance free of pending wagering requirements may be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
